I know from previous visits that the food and drink here are good. This time there was a power cut affecting the whole area so hard to give feedback but breakfast was good

Beautiful location. Tasty breakfast. Nice cosy pub with open fire and some lovely views

Everything was perfectly acceptable and we had no complaints but from previous reviews we were expecting the wow factor which we just didn’t get. The rating we saw was 9 and I personally didn’t see anything that merited that. It was quite expensive.

Staff were really friendly and the pub had a really lovely feel to it. Food was excellent and room was great. Lovely location to for walks.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen im Pub super. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, aber in einer traumhaften Gegend. Ideal für Radfahrer, Wanderer oder Motobiker. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Die Türen im Erdgeschoss zum Flur mit den Zimmern, waren extrem straff eingestellt und knallten sehr laut zu. Das hat mich gestört, insbesondere abends und morgens.

"Great location for the 5 Valleys, good ale and food offered at the pub. We would return and recommend to others."

Easy and free large car park. Pub was excellent- great local ale and good quality food. Room had all needed. It was clean in in good repair, except shower.

The shower although modern dis not work properly. It was adequate but prevented a 10/10.
