I stayed at this place for a weekend and loved it. The host was friendly and helpful, and both the room and common areas were clean. During my visit, many restaurants in the city were closed, so it was great to have access to a microwave and a gas stove for cooking. The room also had a mini fridge to store food. The room itself was tidy, and the bathroom had everything you might need, from a toothbrush, shower gel, and shampoo to cotton swabs. They have a central AC system, so the room temperature is always comfortable and you don’t have to worry about adjusting it. The location is close to the lighthouse, which is a must-visit spot in Poti, as well as the seashore with a large breakwater where you can sit, watch the sea, and even spot jumping dolphins. A Spar grocery store is also just a three-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll probably need earplugs. I could hear the neighbors in the room next to mine quite clearly, and one morning I woke up to drilling noises at 8 a.m. Compared to everything else, though, it was only a minor inconvenience for me.
