Good location, clean, comfortable, coffee..

There was no warm water so we couldnt take a shower, but I think the owners may have forgotten to turn on the heater, i doubt there is no warm water whatsoever

The facility is located in the very center of the city, it was clean and tidy.

When you get to the property, you have to pass by a night club full of minors who fight, scream and shout during the night in the area where the apartment is located, and for this reason it is more difficult to fall asleep. Anyone can get to the apartments entry because the entrance door leading to the top floor where the apartment is located are not locked. Likewise, anyone who goes upstairs can see from the outside what and who is in the apartment, because the entrance is protected with curtains that are very difficult to adjust so that they fully cover the entire entrance. Taking into account that the apartment does not have a kitchen, that you can only watch TV, take a shower and sleep (partly, due to the reasons mentioned above), the apartment is definitely not worth the 40 euros per night that we paid for it.
