Duke Of Wellington Inn

Sonia and Charlie were amazing and really looked after us. The twin room was lovely with fluffy duvets. The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated.

Clean and and well kept on a daily basis. Breakfast (full Red English) tasty/good quality, Coffee good quality and orange juice good quality. Evening meals fresh veg and both pie and scampi very nice. Beers/ hand pulled I found well kept and flavoursome. Good value for approximately £110 b&b would strongly recommend.

Maybe the heating could be turned up a tad.

Bathroom was pretty cool - some way of heating that/ fixing the window would work.

Very comfortable and quiet. After a long day of travel, The proprietor met us at check in , showed us around and even suggested a walk we could take before dinner. The rooms are cozy and clean , and the service for dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Absolutely beautiful we normally stay near the duke at stoneybroke which I would highly recommend the staff and facilities at the duke was excellent would definitely recommend and definitely visit again thankyou so so much for a beautiful weekend ❤️xx

Staff friendly, great location, room clean with tea, coffee etc and towels and bathroom bits

The breakfast wasn't the best, a small pot of over cooked beans to share and rock hard bacon. Requested poached egg, which was nice but was put on 1 dried thin piece of toast. The background music was horrendous If your over 5ft 6" you would have to bend down in the shower
