A localização é muito boa, da pra ir andando para o parque. Em no máximo 15 minutos. O anfitrião também é muito gente boa, e o quarto tem tudo que é necessário. Ar condicionado, frigobar, espaço para lavar as roupas ou estendê-las, se necessário. Voltaria com certeza.

Acho que a cama poderia ser melhor, pois o colchão é do tipo firme.

Muiito bom apenas para dormir

Não ter uma geladeira para colocar alimentação para pelo menos 4 hóspedes ( tem somente um frigobar). Não tem fogão , e as opções para almoçar e jantar próximos não são agradáveis. A lixeira fica embaixo da escada da suíte que ficamos, com isso,, um forte cheiro de lixo incomodou bastante. No primeiro dia a resistência do chuveiro não estava boa , tomamos banho frio. A tv funciona apenas 4 canais. O wi-fi é bem fraco.
