Unbequeme Matratze. Sehr laut, da die Türen beim Schließen stark knallen. Außerdem fehlten Seife und Shampoo.

The staff very friendly and helpful, they found a mini-van taxi for us quite quickly which allowed us to go on our hike, as public transport to Gotthard Pass was not available at the time. Thank you!

Nothing so far

The bin in my room was full of rubbish when I arrived. The room facilities ie the wardrobe locked shut and no key. No heighting the room was so cold I slept in my close
