Pension Milada

The host - Lukas, was an absolute delight! He was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our needs. For instance, when we experienced an issue with noisy neighbours, Lukas not only addressed it promptly, but also went above and beyond by leaving us a thoughtful chocolate bar gift and an apology note. It’s rare to find such a caring and proactive host. Additionally, the property itself had a well-maintained and cared-for feel, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

While the stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few small details that could elevate this accommodation to a hotel-like experience. For example, only one towel per person was provided, which meant no separate towel for hands or extra ones for drying long hair. Additionally, the provided hand wash was a nice touch, but it wasn’t a substitute for shower gel. All noise is very audible across the rooms, so not the best for light sleepers!

Nice host, asked me to whichtime to prepare breakfast, breakfast was well prepared, everything was good.

The house appeared to have a section with three rooms for guests. Each room had a lockable door. My room had three one-person beds, was comfortable, clean, well lit, and had clean towels, a wood armoire closet, a table with several glasses, an electrical hot water kettle, and multiple outlets. Outside the room was a connecting hallway, with a small table with an electric hot water kettle, tea and coffee packs, a guest fridge with bottles of plain, filtered water for use, and empty shelves where guests could store items. The hallway connected to the shower room and the other two guest rooms. The toilet was located BEFORE entering the hallway, connecting the three rooms. The shower room and toilet room were clean, with lockable doors. For a small extra fee, one could purchase drinks (bottled water, beer) and breakfast should one need this. Outside, by the house, is a paved area with a garage, and guests can park their car/s on the paved surface near the house. From the street, access to the house and the yard is through an automatic door that can be activated from inside. Last but not least, I met both hosts, who were very friendly and helpful; the man spoke fluent English.

I would have preferred to have bathroom access directly in my room, but it was not a problem
