The view from the room was great. It was also very well placed for the station. The room was clean and comfortable.

Although we had agreed a late arrival in advance, the staff appeared more focused on attending to restaurant guests than checking us in efficiently. There was no basic information provided in the room regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel facilities, or other useful guest information. We also experienced several issues with the room amenities. The air conditioning controls did not work, and the in-room coffee machine was not functioning. While the room fridge contained water and fruit juice, there was no information indicating whether these items were complimentary or chargeable. We felt that the breakfast was overpriced at 25 CHF per person. The cold buffet offered limited variety, and it was disappointing that hot breakfast items incurred an additional charge rather than being included in the breakfast price.

Suite avec vue sur montagne, la chambre donne sur la gare mais nous n’avons pas entendu un seul bruit, très calme, très spacieux, très propre, le lit et les oreillers sont ! le personnel d’une gentillesse très appréciable

La chambre avec vue sur le lac , magique! La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses ( plus que je l’imaginais par rapport aux photos) , aménagées avec soin . Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande

Good location - 5 minute walk to the train station and right beside the lake promenade.

Sorry to say that but... - be aware that the room with a balcony and the mountain view also includes the train station view and noice (from balcony you can only see some part of mountain view, basicaly it is building and train station view). This additional information should be given in the room description. Basic (even very limited for the price, I could say) breakfast - no vegetables or fruits, no hot food, just few meat and cheese slices, yogurt, fresh squeezed juice, bread and jam, coffee. Bathroom/shower very very small. Overall - dissapointing experience, an overpriced hotel (despite the great location, nothing good to tell). The hotel should think about changing some point of view about turists, it looks that the stuff is too much tired about the tourist matters.

Cute apartments with a lovely lake view and a perfect location for taking the train and bus for day trips. The restaurant down stairs had great food and atmosphere.

Unfortunately we had a heat wave and the air conditioning was not great.
