Terrible. Book through Booking. I received confirmation and went to the correct address. Even though Bookinga said they were open 24/7, that turned out to be a huge lie. There was no one there!!! A contact number was left .....I called over 20 times ....no one answered. After 2 hours I received a message from them that I had found a room key in some mailbox. Disgusting. I wrote to booking to get my money back...nothing. With all their insolence, they said that I had not checked in, not that there was no one to check me in.....Tragedy. It's good that I had also taken photos.
