Pousada Oasis is nothing short of extraordinary—a true home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I was even given a choice of rooms with different views, and the one I selected was absolutely ideal. The room itself was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the cozy sitting area by the window, where I spent hours writing while gazing at the majestic mountains and lush rainforest. It felt like my own private writer’s retreat, a place of inspiration and tranquillity. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and located on a lower level than the sleeping/living area, featuring a sleek, modern design. Having my own transportation, I truly appreciated the secure, complimentary on-site parking, conveniently located right next to my room. The owner provided me with a key to the main gate, allowing me the freedom to come and go as I pleased—perfect for my early-morning hikes and late-night events. And then there was breakfast—an experience in itself! Every morning felt like visiting a beloved aunt or grandmother, with an incredible spread of fresh fruits, cakes, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, natural fruit juices, and excellent coffee. The homemade jam was so divine I may have gone overboard—I still dream about it! Pousada Oasis is the ultimate retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in nature. Whether you’re into hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, or simply seeking a quiet place to recharge, write, paint, or reflect, this place is a haven. The location is unbeatable—strategically positioned along the road leading to the National Park, yet just a short drive from the charming riverside restaurants of Morretes and the vibrant local craft and produce markets. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a sanctuary of peace, adventure, and inspiration all in one.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like—my stay was perfect! If anything, I only wish I had more time to stay longer. I will be back and will wholeheartedly recommend Pousada Oasis to family and friends.

Very cozy refuge, lovely property, very warm hosts, delicious breakfast and lots of birdwatching.

Breakfast was excellent. Garden and pool were great. Staff were friendly.
