I like the place. It's quite, extremely clean, comfortable beds and the toilet/bathroom is also clean which I really appreciated. The place was really well maintained. We had a free breakfast too! Thanks to my Genius privilege. Free WiFi! Smart TV! There was a live band when we went there which was on Saturday. Heard also that they give free drinks to ladies on Thursdays! The parking space is spacious.

Just that they didn't have a mini fridge/chiller but that's okay coz everything else is worth it.

there is a bar at the hotel and there was music playing and it was noisy until 1am we couldn't sleep

The restaurant in the property (newly opened, separate owner) had superb food with good value for money with nice owner.

I rarely give reviews and I have booked via booking.com a lot of times. I really kept in mind to give a review because we were not happy. I went there with my family. 1. The moment we arrived, we were faced with ADDITIONAL CHARGES NOT INDICATED ON THE BOOKING. Apart from the VAT that I am very much aware of, they have their own charge of 10%. No message, no warning. Just “hi, instead of paying xxx, we will charge xxx” like what?? The free breakfast? Just don’t even bother. They were making excuses just so they don’t need to serve it even making us pay extra for a supposed “free” breakfast. It was actually their welcome to us. “Welcome, you will be paying extra because we only charge it here” 2. Not too clean. Stinky. Dusty and heater not working. It was a cold weather and they indicate it in the amenities. 3. Rude owner (we were a family with kids and senior citizens but the owner cannot even give patience as we unload things and kept honking our car). FYI. we were the only guests on that day. That alone gave us the overall UNWELCOMING vibe. 3. Staff don’t know what they are doing or about the tourist destinations. Go to facebook and book from legit guides as the staff there seem to charge higher rates or topups.
