Studio with Private Entrance next to Balboa Park

It has a great location, near of metro station and parks, the host was super nice at us, reserving us before checking in and saving our luggage

was very expensive and bad It was raining and water started coming under the floor everywhere. my luggage got wet and was dangerous and slippery. Administrator came to see the apartment and commented this happened before so I said they shouldn’t rent the property until is fixed! they tried to fix it wit a rug on top but after some time got soaked too! beside this the space is too basic, no even a little table to put things on I found food wrappings and a lot of dust under the sofa. it was a very expensive bad experience and I would like to get a partial refund!

The stuff really tried to help

It rained really bad one day and the water came under the floor in the room. So you could walk around and see water coming out of the floor. Also the cleaning stuff is next door which is not isolated. So it feels like they are in your room and start talking from 7:30 until the late afternoon.

Location was great. Lots of restaurant within walking distance.
