Location was great, walking distance to the theatre. Accommodations were roomie, bright comfortable. Host was very accommodating.

The owners, who did not seem to live on the premises, were most helpful in promptly and clearly answering our questions when we were making the decision about our accommodation. The accommodations are in a nicely renovated building from the 1800's. The location is great: we could walk to theatres, restaurants and shopping, but there is also ample room for parking beside the house. Our rooms (we booked a room here for our friends as well) were supplied with a kitchenette, and the refrigerators contained a complimentary bottle of wine which we enjoyed until the wee hours, post theatre, chatting on a second floor balcony which was supplied with table and chairs. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We appreciated Martin greeting us in the parking lot when we arrived and carrying my bag for me. He explained everything in the room, and we were pleased to see 4 bottles of water in the fridge for our use, as well as milk for tea if we wanted to make some. There is even a microwave, which is not the usual, and extra pillows in drawers at the end of the comfy bed. The windows open for fresh air, and it is a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Festival Theatre and the centre of the action.

Nothing - everything was to our liking. For those who do not like to walk to the theatre, they may find the location a bit far out. But we love to walk.

We enjoyed the balcony and the location. The setup suited us. We really appreciated the water and snacks.

The suite was delightful and well-appointed with Smart TV, air conditioning, USB charging points.. The kitchen was new and immaculate. Host was very friendly and responsive. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived far beyond the typical check-in time, but there was absolutely no problem. Gorgeous renovation of an old house into modern apartments with a period feel. Quiet street not far from downtown Stratford. Parking provided. Our unit had a little enclosed yard with a seating area. Would definitely stay here again when seeing theatre in Stratford.

The placement of the furniture was a little awkward due to the enormous door between the kitchen and the bedroom: to accommodate the swing radius, the bed could only have a bedside table on one side. This meant also that only one side had a bedside lamp. I ended up stomping on my glasses in the middle of the night because the only place to put them was on the floor, and there was no light to enable me to see where I was stepping! Suggestion might be to mount some lights above the bed on the wall and place even a small bedside table or even wall-mounted shelf on the side that currently has nothing.

The property is beautiful! So comfortable and the location is perfect for a downtown Stratford visit. Everything you need is within walking distance. The owners are so lovely and made sure my entire group was taken care of and had everything we needed for the weekend. The outdoor courtyard was ideal for gathering and a beautiful spot for a photo op! Evanndor is an exceptional place to stay.
