Always available receptionist. We arrived at 5.30 and at 6 we already rented our scooter to go explore

Thé Young man in reception helped us to reservě bus tickets to Ha tien. It was thé only possibility to reach there by public transport and thé bus stopped fór US just in front of thé hotel.

"Superb"

We need accommodation near the bus station for our last night in the city. They storage our luggages after check out and we could rent the motobike for the whole day, which we really appreciated.

We booked and paid the deposit in advance. But they don’t reserve the booked rooms for us and put our family in another location, which are very noisy and thus we barely slept and really exhausted in the next day.
