O quarto estava limpinho e bem organizado. Quarto bonito, tamanho bom, a TV é incrível.

Não recebemos lençol. A hidro estava vazando pelo chão (não conseguimos usar).

Gostei que solicitei upgrade para um suite similar as fotos no aplicativo, referente aos valores que foram cobrados e fui prontamente atendido, o serviço do local é excelente. Café muito bom para uma cortesia. Cardápio muito variado e completo. Suítes reformadas são muito boas,. muito confortáveis 5 estrelas para uma primeira ótima experiência

O agendamento pelo booking tem um problema... Você se depara com suítes de fotos excelentes, mas quando chega não está disponível, corre esse risco daí te acomodam em suítes muito inferiores. Foi necessário ligar e comentar sobre isso.
