부킹닷컴을 통한 수차례의 확인요청에 대해 전혀 응답하지 않음. 도착 당일 오전까지도 아무런 답장을 받지 못했고, 체크인이 임박한 오후 3시경에야 단 5단어로 된 답장을 받음. 숙소도착하는 순간까지, 예약이 제대로 된건지에 대한 불안감으로, 여행을 망쳤음. 직원은 친절하고 쾌활하기는 했으나, 업무처리방식은 빵점임.
