The rooms are clean and nicely arranged. The one we stay was really small, really low ceiling and not sown in any of the pictures.

We were offered room M4 that is not shown in any of the advertised pictures. The room was extremely small (around 12m² including bathroom) and with very low ceiling. As it was very cold we texted the host asking for the remote from the A/C unit his answer was: "you didn't order with A/C" (even though the room was equipped with working A/C unit but missing remote). I said ok, how cam we make worm in the room? His answer was: "come to the reception and we can resolve it with additional cost". I said I will write to booking about this and the host reply was: "maybe they will start the heating in your room". I found this behavior UNACCEPTABLE!!! On top, the pictures are showing how we found the only 2 glasses available in the room that were in some plastic bags marked "sterilizer". We had an anniversary and we had to drink our champagne from the bottle. Next morning they stopped the hot water too and I faced the host and told him that in my so many years with Booking I have never passed thru such a negative experience with any of the Booking hosts all over the World. He was apologetic and offered a discount but we still slepped in cold room and couldn't shower in the morning.

The sheets were clean, but the pilot really dirty. We had to warm the room and the bathroom with and electric heater. We had just one towel for two persons. The curtains were torn in many places We asked the owner about the heat and he didn't answer our massage.

Great and cozy location, with very clean rooms. The big terrace and garden are amazing and the staff was very hospitable.

The bed was broken and very uncomfortable.

Better then expected !!

Only when we arrived the host announced us that the place is overbooked and we need to be placed elsewhere. Although the other hostel was alright, we really didn't like how the host handled the situation (he used an unfriendly tone, like it was our fault)
