This property advertises itself as a beachfront location, but that is misleading. Upon arrival, I discovered there is actually a full avenue and a house between the hotel and the beach. The prices I paid were comparable to true beachfront properties in the area, so the inaccurate description was extremely disappointing. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they responded rudely and became defensive toward me and my group. Instead of addressing the issue, they insisted that I “didn’t know what a beachfront property is,” which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. They later replied to our reviews on Google in the same rude, dismissive tone, further proving how poorly they handle guest concerns. I sincerely hope Booking.com reviews their listing. If a property charges beachfront rates, guests should actually be staying on the beach—not having to cross a street and walk past another house to reach it. Be aware if you stay here. My suggestion is to go to another property in in the area. The price is the same however you get a much better service a prettier hotel and don't need to deal with fake advertisement and trying to get your money refunded This is what was their responses on Google, for you to have an idea how badly they do treat when someone point out about the fraudulent advertisement : "People have already noticed that you are friends and that everyone is writing what a bitter person is trying to denigrate. see that you are a person who is not verv well-traveled and even has no knowledge of lodging. I believe that this discomfort is caused only because vou think that when vou arrive at 10 pm you think your checkout has to be at 10 pm. I'm sorry!!! for your lack of knowledge, but check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out is until 12 pm. I hope you learn about lodging... Besides, all the beaches on the south coast have a street separating the houses businesses, and questhouses and hotels, that is, 15 steps.
