Very nice host and located only a few minutes from the ferry to ilha grande. Room seemed very new and TV with Netflix option was also nice.

Room was located directly at the street, so it was very loud. It would have been nice to have thicker curtains because it was really bright in the night.

Nice, it was a comfortable room with a nice double bed, the room has AC, good WiFi connection, it’s clean and in a good location near the port . The hostess ( Leô) was friendly and attentive.

We asked Leô If he could change USD into Real but he offered a very low rate (4.50r for 1 usd) when the accurate rate should be about 5.15..

Super clean rooms, recently a bit renovated. Very close to the Mangaratiba costa verde or the early morning ship to ilha grande

Leo was very responsive and helpful. He was also kind enough to offer me an early check-in, as I had arrived in the area that morning.

The shower water was cold and did not heat up at all. The room is situated in the internal part of the building so there is no natural light.

The place is good for one night if you go to Ilha Grande the next day. It is close to the port and there is a great bakery there. Owner is nice. Room is clean

Room is clean but there is plenty of insects all around and no mosquito net in the windows. So I was a bit concerned and anxious at night. Eventually nothing happened but I believe that nets may improve the comfort of the guests.
