Limpeza da acomodação; Qualidade das instalações; Acomodação de bom tamanho; Boa qualidade do colchão, da roupa de cama e das toalhas; Máquina de café no quarto.

Falta de flexibilidade para atender a pedidos decorrentes de imprevistos; Amenities do banheiro poderiam ser melhores; No café da manhã, os sucos artificiais poderiam ser substituídos por sucos naturais.
