shops & restaurants are close by in walking-distance. the owners are the loveliest people i met on my whole trip - felt so safe, sooo helpful with everything - always reachable. once again - thank you so much! i had a wonderful stay!

- the owners were super friendly and chatty - helped us book the whale sharks and recommended a trip to an island - helped driving us to both the ferry to the island and the whale sharks and picked us up. - made us breakfast -theres water and coffee for free. - and a beach to take a swim - it's a nice area that doesn't feel touristy. Nice places to eat local cuisine and everyone is super friendly.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Islet View. Wilma and Raul (owners) are the most generous, kindest and friendliest people you could ever wish to meet. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. The water is cold but it didn't detract from our stay.

Wonderful owners. They help with everything. They organize whale shark watching without waiting in a huge line. They serve an excellent free breakfast. I recommend.

"If you plan to do the whaleshark watching this is a very good stay"

The host was one of the most friendly owners we ever met. Breakfast was great, they booked us a slot for the whalewatching, and they even brought us to the ferry.

The area was quite noisy. But maybe it was because of the festivities that day.

"Best place to stay in Oslob with the most welcoming family/staff."

Incredibly friendly staff. Very easy check in and very happy with the room. Free breakfast each morning. The staff will book the whale shark boat for you, take you there and wait for you throughout. They also gave us a lift to the port on the morning of our departure. Cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Thank you!

the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with any request and even offering a simple breakfast, even though it wasn’t included in the price. We gladly left them some tips, but unfortunately, the accommodation itself cannot be rated higher than 4/10.

very inconvenient shower with quite weak water pressure and there’s also a large mold fungus growing on the ceiling. The towels are synthetic, making it impossible to dry off properly. The air conditioner is very old, extremely noisy, and blows directly onto the bed, with no remote control.
