Bliss Rooms

Honesty of the staff was unbelievable. A dropped wallet with cash and credit cards was found by staff and promptly returned. The restaurant was in the same building with excellent service, multiple cuisine all delivered to a high standard. The beach was only 5 minutes away and great for a morning brisk walk. Convenience stores were also only a few metres away. All staff were available and ready to please.

The tap at the sink in the bathroom needed readjusting and the tv was not working but was fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention.

Blis hotel have a restaurant below named parampara. Must try the seafood and rest of the food is really good must try!!

Rooms were clean but there is no room service so can't rate the staff. Owner is bit arrogant Have bathtub but don't have hot water for bath tub. Looking at the rooms and the services its over priced. They don't provide any complementary toiletories like toothpaste or toothbrush or anything they just give us small medimix ka soap which was I don't think was sufficient for having a good bath. I feel the price is almost like a having a 3 star hotel room or 5 star hotel room. Asin 3 star you will easily get the room up to 6K for night this caused 4K night but the looking at the service I mean there was nothing no service. You will be juz paying for the room. Also in booking.com it says property will handle the payment after reaching there but the owner will call you and ask for the payment before reaching there saying if you wont pay your booking will not be confirmed no matter even if you book from the site.

Except the location of hotel, nothing to be liked. Rude staff and bad room.. not even cleaned properly

Staff was very co-operative and helpful. We got a free upgrade for our room due to non-availibility of booked room.

Mattresses were not clean as you would like.

To be honest I don't like, bed were so hard and stiff and room were smelly and staff was not responding as expected and rent for one night was so high as we see the room.

It Is very new, good location, perfect staff

It Is all about details, like unfinished work inside room, no WiFi
