GBEva and her brother( proprietors) were extremely friendly and informative. Showed us clearly how to access rooms etc. Helped us find our bus to the airport, including info about travel cost.
Could maybe benefit from a couple of comfy chairs in the room.

FRGreat location close to a big market and not far from the train/bus station. Very accommodating staff who allowed early delivery and storage of a bag from Correos. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
There was a minor challenge of not having easy access to a contact number for when I got locked out of my room. We eventually figured out that the rooms could be remotely opened and there was a button that contacted the manager. Having this knowledge up front would have been useful as most people only carry one room key at a time. A suggestion is to have this down at the front desk area.
