You can park and walk to everything, and you can't beat the view of the lake

More privacy on the balcony is needed and the room could use a lighter coat of paint

Breakfast needs improvement. Baked goods should be bakery made. Not from a mass produced company. Upgrade the quality of some of the offerings. Scrambled eggs and bacon would be amazing. Location is perfect.

Breakfast is always my only concern. The coffee could be much better as well.
