"Should improve the laundry of the sheets."

The staff were very attentive, changing all the sheets as we required. So the night was not that unbearable.

Housekeeping was not good. The sheets, the pillows were not clean, with stains and hairs. So we had to ask the staff to change them. There was a pair of used disposable slippers in the room, but no new slippers were available after inquiry to the staff.
