"Excellent hidden gem - don’t miss this!!"

10.0

Such a charming & clean property! My wife said, “I could stay here a whole week!” Lydia was exceptional - so accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! And they were so great with our dogs. Can’t recommend this enough !!

We got in so late… wish we could have enjoyed it longer!

I loved the art on the walls. The service was great. It was pet friendly so that was great. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay there again Thank you Lundeen for your hospitality.

I wish they had a small refrigerator., to keep drinks cold.

"Quirky, personable, artistic accomodations."

10.0

Quirky, historic, artist residence. Definitely not corporate. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was fabulous.

Beware of steep stairs, everything was not perfect, but that's what makes it unique.

"Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay"

8.0

It was very nice to have some continental fare and coffee available starting at six am. My schedule only allowed time for the full breakfast twice and it was prepared fresh when we sat down. It was also very quiet.

The Inn is quaint and an alternative to a chain motel by the highway. It needs a good scrub and influx of capital for improvements

"Like coming home but being treated like a special guest"

9.0

I booked Lundeen Inn of the Arts, precisely because I was looking for something that was not a franchise or “canned, homogenized, corporate experience.” And, I was not disappointed at all; in fact, I was completely enchanted by the environment, warmth, and intriguing history of the family run hotel. Sure, it may not have the usual, typical amenities of most chain hotels, but what it offers in charm, and so many intangible’s, is priceless. It’s like coming home and staying with family, but being treated like a special guest.

Really can’t complain. Any of the minor things that I might point out that could have been better, are offset by the advantages of the warmth and feel of the family run place that is managed with care and kindness. Humble beauty.

"Lovely stay with beautiful decor!"

10.0

Artsy and unique! Helpful and friendly owner. Loved the personal touch coffee and breakfast. Room was comfy!

I’m highly allergic to cats and most dogs. Pretty sure a cat had been in our room because I had to buy allergy drops for my eyes. Inhaler also helped. It’s a risk I always take, not hotels fault. I wish there were non pet rooms.
