Bedden zeer confortable, douch water kraan moeilijk eruit te trekken, stopcontacten die niet werken, stuk zijn en te los zitten. Balkon deur zeer onveilig en niet genoeg klerenhangers. Lichten werken niet.

Bedden zijn te zacht en beweegt. Kussen niet comfortabel. De stopcontacten niet stevig. De balkondeur slot bijna kapot en onveilig.

Very clean and cozy!

Gentleman working front counter was friendly. He said that we had paid too much for the room and that he would give us the larger room due to the price that we had been charged.

Checked in and while walking to room hallway smelled of smoke and vape residue. Beds offered no support (bad or worn out mattresses), fridge door was open in room with crack on fridge housing that was taped over with clear packing tape, these were all contributing factors in deciding to leave shortly after arrival. The biggest reason that we left which we shared with the gentleman working the desk was the beds which he noted on the receipt when we checked out shortly after check in. I was told that due to the booking being made online through booking.com i might not be able to get a refund. I reached out to try to get a refund through booking.com. The manager for the hotel basically called me a liar trying to say that I left to beat a storm. If I was so concerned with the storm, I never would’ve checked into the hotel in the first place.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The heater worked. The room was clean. The bed felt good.

The cable didn't work at first so we called for help. In the morning my husband took a quick shower. Then when I went to shower there was no water.
