Rural quite with loads of charm. Beautiful place to come to rest

Beds were a bit hard for my liking

we don’t give easily full 5 stars, but Casa do Manego fully deserves it. Stunning view, very complete room with separate bedrooms, lots of nice details! the place was spic&span, nothing to wish for. Reality is better than the pictures on the website. Very good value for money! thanks for having us

There were two beds in the house but the mattress in our roon was extremely hard. All springs no foam. Woke up with pain on my hips and shoulders several times during the night. There was a spider web in the curtains of the bedroom. VERY quiet room even with very noisy neighbours in the next Casa

Everything was great except the mattress. Great location for us, facilities, space, view.

The location of the property is wonderful especially if you are a nature lover, the birds and butterflies were fantastic and just a short walk down to a beautiful river

The property was quite difficult to find and depending upon which way you go through the village some of the tight little streets are awful even by Portuguese standards, so some better instructions would help but it was definitely worth it when we got there

the location is perfect. the cottage is idyllic, very comfortable, clean . it’s brilliant. I just wished I could have stayed longer. I have travelled for 8 weeks and this place belongs to the top 2 . What a dream place, perfect.

Nothing that I remember

Owner's hospitality. We booked one room and got an entire house for ourselves. Quietness. Open space outside to seat and relax in nature. Close to reserva da malcata.

Bed was too hard. The walking trails suggested are ok, but we've never seen so many flies around. Really annoying...i know it's not directly linked to the house, but it did affected my overall opinion whether to stay there again or not.
