USConvenient stop on our way up the coast. The property is beautiful, especially in February with so many bougainvilleas in bloom. It's on a hill, so the view is amazing and it's a quick paved walk down to the beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
We weren't expecting the bathroom to be separate from our room, but I may have not noticed that as I was quickly booking and it was only a quick stop. I think other rooms may have a connected bathroom.

Very hard to find. The name on the gate was different from the name advertised. No instructions were given on how to find it. It took us more than 40 minutes to find. The fact it was a shared kitchen was not clearly advertised. Shared kitchen was a bit grubby and dated.

BEJorge was a fantastic host! He brewed fresh coffee for breakfast; every morning a different blend. He had tons of suggestions for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. He even supported us with our real estate search. His property was on an elevated level from the beach, providing beautiful views for sunrise, sunset, etc. Access to the beach. Nice size "sitting pool" allowing to cool down and read.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we had to leave! ;-)
PAThe beach view is outstanding and the house garden and pool are in a perfect symphony.
The Host and Owner needs to be careful with the repetitive comments about Dog races (my wife didn't like the comments regarding Pit Bulls, as we have one Pit Bull)
