Incredible location in the heart of the pretty sea side town

While I take personal responsibility for not asking in advance. It was really disappointing to fly to the UK with the intent to hike the north Norfolk coast to be told we couldn’t leave two bags of clothes on premises before 3pm check in. We had to cut our plans due to the added weight. A property based in a hiking location that doesn’t allow left luggage would leave me no option but to pick somewhere else next time and thats a shame as the place was great otherwise

Good location and well maintained

Location was good, small downside to that though was there was very limited parking and as such we had to park a couple of streets away in a pay and display car park which added to the cost of the stay and also might not be great in the rain or if struggling with luggage or mobility. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Food was good for both lunch and breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, king size bed was super comfy for me, perhaps a bit hard for some but personal preference. Sink in the bathroom was a teeny bit small especially for brushing teeth but overall it was super clean.

Only real downside to the room was in that being as it was big and only one small window could be opened, the night we stayed was really warm and there was only one fan for the whole room which sadly didn’t really do much at all for the heat in the room, made sleeping a bit less restful than it could have been had it been cooler either by allowing more windows to be opened or a better fan or perhaps 2 in that room, we did request an extra one but there were none available sadly.

Would prefer wardrobe and drawer space but we managed ok.

Good location, rooms were well equipped, staff were friendly, we only had lunch here but it was very nice

Great location. Food was very nice and reasonably priced. Room 2 suited us very well. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were brilliant. Very dog friendly too.

Parking limited although we were lucky to park in the last spot.
