Ar condicionado funciona bem!

Apartamento muito apertado e banheiro sem rejunte no chão! Televisão não funcionou e ficaram de enviar alguém para arrumar, o que não ocorreu. Na hora de sair ficamos presos e não conseguimos contato, pois o controle do portão não funcionou! A sorte que outro apto estava aberto e conseguimos acesso ao outro controle, pois não fosse isso, estaríamos presos por mais de hora!

O espaço é amplo, chuveiro ótimo e é silencioso. Há uma espaço de cozinha que ajudou bastante em nossa dinâmica. Gostamos muito e recomendamos!

A ausência de janela propicia um odor de mofo. Isso porque tenho rinite, fora isso, vale muito a pena.
