3 single beds with mattresses you associate with Kids bunk beds springs felt through the mattresses and old fashioned thick plasma TV that didn't work just black and white spots .Very expensive for £80 so basic

Location was good, especially since it was the only accommodation in the area. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were good. Room looked liked it hadn't long been redone. The room has a few negatives (see above) but I would stay there again because of the close proximity to the train and bus station, room was not all bad and clean, and price reasonable for the area as a budget.

It needs more and newer guest towels. I was given only one towel and it was well used with bleach stains. Towels need to be replaced with new. You need more than one towel; could do with a wash cloth, hand towel, and bath towel; should be already in the room when the guest arrives. There was no mat to step on when getting out of shower (could be safety hazard not to mention unpleasant stepping onto a cold floor). A small table to eat off would have been nice. Heating was not on and not a way to turn it on. No soap in bathroom; could do with those small guest soaps in bathroom. They have a small sanitizing pump in the bathroom that makes a horrendous noise anytime the water is turned on. Whats with that?Menus from local takeaway and restaurants could be left in the room since the pub downstairs doesn't serve food. Some of the above comments are just constructive suggestions from a well travelled person and ex travel agent. Overall, stay was not that bad. My issue was bathroom related (but it was very clean).

Good location for entertainment and events at the Irish Club. No-frills comfortable room above a pub. Kettle and coffee.
