GBGreat location for walking to downtown area and for the Bill Thorpe walking bridge to cross the river. The hostess was extremely helpful and proactive. Good atmosphere and location for breakfast with the opportunity to meet with other guests and share their travel experiences.
Although the property had great charm and character it also felt as if it needed some investment in the maintenance of some areas, such as the shower cubicle in the room we used and to have Aircon in all rooms.
CAIt is a beautiful home and has all the comforts you would expect! Host - was amazing!

#6 Mattress could be updated to something more firm. The carriage house in the back is so neat and would make a great guest house if rebuilt to the same look.
AUThis place is amazing! A step back in time to the Victorian period with beautiful furnishings and wonderful art.
The bed was huge however the mattress was a little hard.

CABeautiful old home well located in walking distance of downtown. Breakfast was delicious. The host was very helpful and friendly. Clean spacious room.
Peeling wallpaper might be a detractor for some guests.
