"Fabulous food and beds."

The bed was so comfortable, and the food in the bar was excellent. The staff were very accomadating, helping us upstairs with our bags. This was a great start over for walkers giving a bit of luxury at the end of the day.

Rooms were recently refurbished and done well enough for what is an old building so not always easy to get perfection

I cannot think of anything , other than there was a mix up with the breakfast one morning , but it didn’t matter as all the food was lovely , had to ask for extra Tea and coffee for second morning but again didn’t mind as not a fan of room being tidied / refilled just for a two night stay

"Everything was fine"

The breakfast was good, the location is brilliant, the atmosphere in the pub is great, the group was good on Saturday so all in all everything was good

The only thing I had a problem with , was we had no mirror in Room 1 All other things were good
