Quiet area was ok

Dirty towels, sticky floor, broken toilet seat, night light didn't work. Tv didn't work. Some of the lights didn't work.. Bedding wasn't fresh. and damp smell on the entrance to the flat! Some dirty work clothes left in the hall wardrobe. Very old, dirty and uncomfortable sofa in the living area. Dirty fridge. Disappointed, very disappointed!!!
