Location & House keeping staff is good

There were mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee facilities available, and we were unable to order them as the hotel does not provide this service.

Everything that we could have liked was ruined by the inappropriate behavior of the receptionist and the hotel owner. This created negativity and negative emotions.

The hotel owner is misleading people arriving at his hotel! The hotel only accepts cash payments! This contradicts the information provided during booking. The reception and the hotel owner gave us a limited amount of time to exchange money, creating difficulties for us. Furthermore, they were unable to give us the correct change from the amount we paid, again violating the payment rules! They wasted our time, caused us stress, and ruined our mood regarding the booking. I recommend against doing business with the owner of this hotel!
