Safe and quiet place, with access to many places and a very friendly staff.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. They also offered a free taxi ride from the airport for convenience. The location is very good, in a quiet, clean and safe area. Generally it's a really good value for money.

The value of the room for the area was great. It was on the outscurts of Planco, which is what I wanted, and it was an easy 10-16 min walk to either Planco or Roma Norte. There were also tons of cute coffee shops around too (all within 10-15 min walk depending on which way you wanted to go).

The water pressure was a bit lacking. Mostly just enough to get yourself wet, but it wasn't terrible. So you could make do.

Good value for money. The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood, very safe, with a lot of restaurants and cafés around. There's 24/7 security at the property. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly.

I ran into a little misunderstanding with the staff the day I checked in. After that, it was all perfect.
