La suite estaba súper limpia, la cama super comoda, esta ubicada en una calle muy tranquila, con estacionamiento y cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías. Elmpersobal fue muy amable. Había café para preparar en cafetera bastante bueno. Todo 10/10

Que no habia secadora de cabello y la tv de la habitación necesita actualizarse la definición no era muy buena en comparación con la de la estancia

Las suites son cómodas, amplias y limpias. Servicio de estacionamiento. Muy buen lugar, sin duda. Ojo: cuando hacen la reservación, no todas las fotografías coinciden con la descripción. Yo necesitaba un departamento y en realidad había alquilado una habitación (literalmente una habitación) que no me era funcional. Llegué muy de noche. El chico que estaba en recepción, muy amablemente, tomó la iniciativa de moverme a una suite, que era lo que yo necesitaba, sabiendo que yo dije que si había una diferencia podía cubrirla sin problema. Él y la persona con la que terminé el papeleo al día siguiente fueron superamables. Por favor, premien al chico que tomó la iniciativa de cambiarme de suite porque intentó por mucho tiempo comunicarse con su supervisor y no tuvo respuesta. Él estaba muy preocupado de que lo fueran a regañar y de tomar esa decisión, pero como cliente, creo que hizo lo correcto. Obviamente, cubrí la diferencia en precio.

La supervisora, no sé si es la contadora la supervisora qué sé yo ..pero con ella tenía que arreglar lo de la diferencia de la habitación a la suite, bajé a su oficina hasta el sótano y la señora es una grosera que tiene cero servicio al cliente. Literalmente me dijo que quiere?? Con una cara de muy pocos amigos y en un tono bastante arrogante
