"Excellent Value Stay in Mexico City"

Clean, secure (24 hour guard). Suite is very large with 1 and 1/2 baths. Kitchen is small and adequately equipped for smaller meals. Great shower with lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping service was a surprise. Small gym was a nice perk which we discovered in the parkade. An excellent value for the price. Really enjoyed this quiet area of the city with many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close by.

Would not recommend the suite we were given - 103. The bedroom is directly behind the guard booth and main entrance, so depending on how chatty the particular guard on duty or guest coming and going were, you got allot of noise. There is no AC and weather was warm when we were there so we used the provided fan which helped allot. I cannot imagine being there in the heat of the summer. The addition of an English instruction sheet would be great with info on where to find the gym and laundry (never did find it)

L’emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel calme, bon lit et oreillers. Appartement spacieux. Propre. Commerces et restaurants /tres bon café pour prendre le petit déjeuner à 2mn à pied.

Le personnel ne parle qu’espagnol et ne pense pas à utiliser Google traduction pour communiquer. Pas de télécommande pour utiliser la Climatisation… Pas de sèche cheveux . L’appartement donnait sur un mur: ok pour une nuit comme c’était le cas pour nous.

Estaba bien

El personal un desastre. Me llamaron 11.00 AM para avisarme que ya debería haber salido de la habitación. Reviso la información de Booking dice que el horario era 11.30. A las 11.29 se presentan en mi puerta bastante agresivos, les explico que en la app dice 11.30 y me responden que ya me tengo que retirar. Sali 11.35. una locura el escándalo que hicieron. Es terrible cuando el personal absurdamente arruina la experiencia.
