El trato al cliente fue excepcional, un equipo muy agradable que te hacía sentir como en casa y que te cuidaban día a día con pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia inigualable. En mi caso viajaba sola y me ayudaron en todo momento, además de hacerme sentir cómoda y especial 🥰

Everything was great, including the greeting.

Freshly renovated rooms, very stylish. The hotel is located in a small residential area on the outskirts of Chora. Very nice reception and welcome drink. We had a room facing the street, but it was quite quiet. The proximity to Chora and the ferry were the reasons we chose to book this hotel. Excellent value for money.

The sinks are stylishly located between the hallway and the shower/toilet. Unfortunately, this meant there was nowhere to put anything (toothpaste, etc.).

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice spa and rooftop too.

No complains at all. It was great!

We were upgraded to a room at their other property called Hotel Grotto - all the same beautiful staff. It was magical. The rooms are the same, breakfast included was one of the best I’ve seen - 5-stars, chef’s kiss! The spa facilities are amazing after a long day exploring.

When it was time for their driver to take us back to the port!
