Localiza-se um pouco distante do centro da cidade de Passo Fundo.

"Se for uns 200 reais para 3 pessoas compensa, mas paguei 350 para 3 pessoas não achei que compensou o custo benefício."

Local arborizado, próximo ao centro, quarto limpo.

O quarto é bem antigo, cama já com um buraco, janela do banheiro não fechava totalmente.
