I really don't understand why people complain about this place. If you don't like this hotel, then you should have booked a more expensive hotel in the first place. You came here because you looked for a budget room. This hotel is excellent for the price. Yes, it's a concrete box hotel, with a concrete box room with polished concrete floor, and there is no lobby, but a check in window, but what you do get for 380 bath is a large, bright, clean, practical and airy private room with a comfortable bed, excellent lighting, a spacious private bathroom, a desk, aircon, fridge, soap, water bottles, towels, toilet paper, excellent WiFi and a private balcony. The bathroom floor is leaning, so only the shower corner gets wet. The shower was powerful and hot. It was also a mosquito net door on the balcony door...and there is s TV for those who still need that thing. That a simple breakfast is included, is just a bonus. 7-eleven is literally next door. I do NOT expect an elevator and soundproof rooms as well for this price. There's no chairs on the balcony, but I just moved the chair from the room out there. I did not encounter any of the other problems people have mentioned. The location is especially good if you don't know whether you will arrive/leave by train or bus, as it half way between them. (For bus terminal 2, take the purple Songthaew from terminal 1 or from the train station)

The lightbulb on the balcony didn't work, but no big deal.

Thai motel, situated on the outskirts of Phitsanoluk. 20 mins walk to train station. 15 the terminal 1 bus station. Nice little suburb. Everything you need. Wifi's excellent. Rooms basic but clean, good size, free water, soap, fridge in room and nice size bathroom, clean towels. 350 per night, great value.

My only complaint was the cleaners, really, really loud at 7.30am and all other times of the day. No regard for paying customers what so ever.

Nice size room, bed was comfy, air con was good. Basic breakfast of coffee and toast, but was ok. Walkable to town. Good for budget break.

The shower was really dirty, we had to unblock it. The young lady and young man on reception were friendly but the other staff were rude. Room has a balcony but no chairs. Could do with a freshen up, whole place feels a bit soulless.
