Islander House on Rocky Cay Beach

La casa é molto particolare, dà direttamente sulla spiaggia, con un bel giardino e un’architettura bellissima. La stanza era molto confortevole con un letto molto comodo e uno splendido terrazzo. La posizione é ottima perché é di fianco ad una delle spiagge più belle di San Andres. Beatriz (la signora che lo gestisce) é stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare il nostro soggiorno

Die Hauskatze Lulu ist total lieb und verschmust. Das Haus ist 200 Jahre alt und versprüht einen wunderbaren Charme. Die Lage direkt am Meer, in Strandnähe, ist traumhaft. Das Hotel ist klein, mit einer Außendusche, einer tollen Terrasse und großzügigen Zimmern.

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Hinter dem Bett haben wir Holzwürmer oder sowas entdeckt, was zeigt, dass mehr Augenmerk auf Details und gründliches Reinigen nötig ist. Überall im Haus. Wir haben mehrere Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Beim ersten Mal hat uns der Charme des alten Hauses und der Dielen nicht gestört. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt jedoch waren wir im unteren Zimmer (erste Etage) und haben jeden Fußschritt der Frau über uns deutlich bis spät in die Nacht gehört, was das Schlafen erschwerte. Es hängt also sehr von den Gästen und deren Verhalten ab, wie ruhig der Aufenthalt ist.

La casa è molto bella all’interno, fuori un po’ decadente. Vicino alla spiaggia e a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro. La proprietaria molto disponibile. Colazione tipica colombiana. Consigliato se volete stare lontano dal traffico del centro

Per arrivare in centro devi per forza usare un taxi o un mezzo come un motorino

An excellent place to stay. You can't get any closer to the beach than this place. The house manager is very accommodating and cooks a great breakfast which is included with the room. This was the 5th time I have stayed here and I will definitely be coming back. The owners are always making noticable changes to the property and it shows.

It's was our third visit to Islander House and as usual, we were very happy with the accommodation. It's location right at the beach is fantastic and it's away from the super busy town centre. We loved it once again.

I loved the views every morning. People was so kind with us and warm. A really comfortable place and peaceful.

Fresh arepas and eggs for breakfast . 😋
