Tge staff here has a way to remove you from being able to get the booking.com price. Assign as I got my 20% discount my app started messing up. Then this week, I had to go through a different site to pay because it wouldnt work at all. Ive always paid on time and followed the rules; but this place is sheisty. No microwaves or fridges, broken windows, no laundry room or linens provided.

The manager yelling at me for standing outside my room and letting my child play outside. He made a muddy mess, cuz hes 7 and instead of politely asking me to clean it up she yells at me that theyre not gonna let me stay anymore or charge a fine or take my deposit. I did clean it up and my neighbors helped and now they cant use booking.com and neither can I.

I finally got my level 3 status on booking.com and was getting a great rate here.

The manager has a person who can hack booking.com and remove people from being able to pay online. They had been trying to get rid of me ever since I got my discount. So I spent all that time to finally get my discount just to get kicked out because of it.

The other people who stay here are nice and we made a little community together. But the manager hates people and is kicking me out because of it.

The manager is rude, doesn't want to give out toilet paper. Won't send towels or sheets. There's NO laundry room most people do not have a microwave or fridge. They hate kids and tell us they have to play in a parking lot. Theres broken windows, holes in walls and if something breaks they charge ypu to come fix it.

They try to kick out anyone who is level 3 through booking.com. As soon as I got to level 3 I started experiencing problems booking my room. Apparently this location tries to block you from getting rooms if you have too good of a discount.

I had a room close to the wifi box so I was able to work.

They never give you towels or even ask if you need anything. I had to clean my own sheets and blankets because they said I would loose my deposit if I asked for sheets again.

The robbed me said there was no rooms when they had already took em my money and did not give it back I do tvrecvoment this place for no one unless u wanna get scammed
