Nice place away from busy noisy town,very private villa. Nice spot overlooking and in jungle. Very quiet at night,best sleep yet since in Philippines.👍👍

Great location, 5 minute walk in the evening and it's all happening, many restaurants and bars, then back to evergreen for peace and quiet

Nothing, if you want 4 star, go to the end of the beach and pay 5× price

"Dirty and overpriced"

Nice position close to the beach and the center Nice garden, but no light at night (walk in the garden at night was hard). Baggage hold at the reception after checkout. Checkin time is noon, so early on average.

WiFi not existing even if listed as service. Rest rooms extremely dirty, inappropriate toilet without seat and children size, no wc flush, no toilet paper replacement, only 1 toilet for 6 rooms, no hot water but we knew was the smallest of the problems. Spider nets in the room, bed bad smelling. Staff not really friendly and or accommodating. Breakfast a bit expensive but ok. Price paid excessive for the service received.
