BFF Backpacker's Inn

The staff made my stay here. The cabin itself was super cute, clean and everything worked but the staff go above and beyond to help you out - renting scooter, booking tours and transfers. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Port Barton beach and I felt completely safe walking around.

There’s nothing I didn’t like!

Jane was so helpful and sweet, she arranged transport for us to get to El Nido and to the bus station. The room was lovely and clean, nice hot shower and just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants!

I absolutely loved my time at BFF. I was immediately greeted by Jane and her huge smile, she was so attentive throughout my stay and always made sure I was ok. The room itself is small and compact, but has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable. There is no Aircon but a big fan that is relatively quiet and keeps you cool. The room was also immaculately clean and had shower gel and shampoo. The location is also great, a few minutes walk to the main streets of Port Barton and I really enjoyed being slightly back from the main area as you get to see all the school kids finishing school nearby and meet the real residents of Port Barton. The short walk may look a bit intimidating in the dark, but as a solo female traveller I can assure you that I felt incredibly safe.

Clean and had everything we needed. It had great shower too! The owner and her family are lovely, always around for questions.

great location close to the town proper, the host Jane was such a lovely lady. towels & sheets changed every 2 days which was unheard of in other hostels I’ve stayed in while travelling PH!

rooms are very small, ok for me as a solo traveller but may be a squeeze for a couple with lots of luggage. but excellent value for what you pay!

lovely Bungalow in a quiet backstreet of Port Barton, wonderful people who manage it. I felt welcome and super comfortable and would always come back!
