"Don't let that look ruin your day."

Bit confusing trying to find the place, I called them in the end and he hung up on me. The son is friendly, speaks good English, the father says good morning in English, but the mother... omg. She always seems to be sitting at the table and is so bloody miserable, it really takes all the positivity out of your day when ever you have to pass her, and I never got my change back for the second night, didn't dare ask. The room is ok, hot but light, the walk to the center is fine, there are shops and supermarkets around so overall it was OK.
