有專屬停車場(在對面)，有腳踏車給住客借騎市區，不用開車外出覓食，擔心停車問題，周邊美食很多而且離海邊近，有電梯直接上樓進房，一樓大廳有休息區還有咖啡機免費提供住客休息品嚐再出發° 房間乾淨舒適打赤腳都不怕地板有黏膩感，浴室雖然有點小但洗澡水量夠大 一樓有飲水機，房間有小冰箱，床舖軟硬度我喜歡 PS:第一次喜歡評分打最多字的一次

太多人借腳踏車 我們太慢沒借到

地點在市中心,位置非常優越, 安靜, 獨家免費停車場超方便停車, 房間新穎, 整理得乾淨,步行到正氣路上即有很多小吃店,距離週四/五/六營業的台東觀光夜市只有550m, 距離鐵道藝術村650m, 距離週日營業的台東市四維夜市有1.2km

房間是小了點但足夠2人使用, 電視32"小了點, 更大尺寸會更佳
