The management helped us a lot. The place was clean and air conditioning worked really well. Breakfast was really great and copious.

Everything. This 10000% the best pousada. Marcia is a wonderful lovely and funny host who made sure my stay at Alter do Chao is unforgettable. The food prepared by chef Aparicio is super delicious, loved all of it. The overall atmosphere, the garden with mango tree, swimming pool, turtles, cats. Many thanks to everyone who made my stay as one of my dreams, Marcia, Guilherme, Aparicio, all their friends and a special thanks to Fred to happiest dog alive
