The Chase Inn

The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was very well appointed.

Room was very clean and tidy and they are dog friendly.

They were short staffed, when we left in the morning after a lovely breakfast couldn't find anybody to say thankyou before we left.

Arrived 2015 asked if could have food, told kitchen closed. Sign on stairs said food until 2100. Room was very hot, so had to keep windows open, however this meant I could hear some sort of mechanical Humming outside all night which kept me awake. Had little sleep. Fridge in room was turned off and door wedged open so could t use. Bathroom floor was lethal if you got any water on it at all.

Very small bed Dated furniture and linen Very limited menu for dinner and breakfast Only 2 biscuits in room Towels old and small No sound proofing could here people on other rooms snoring and their TVs on all night. No ambiance in dinning area very limited menu and then didn’t have things on that menu. No yoghurt fruit or cereal at breakfast

Lovely staff, comfy room , really good breakfast . Ideal place to stay for visiting the beautiful area of Herefordshire
